Polish employers are paying increasing attention to tailoring non-wage benefit packages to employees' needs, and realizing that the attractiveness of individual benefits is relative. Recent surveys also show that employees are interested in expanding their benefits package, even if it involves co-funding. Once medical care programs become widespread, psychological care programs, considered the highest standard of modern management, will become increasingly popular.
CPP Professional Assistance Center can offer you two packages of psychological support services for companies:
Employer program
This type of cooperation means that CPP specialists perform specific services related to the professional development of your company's employees. We also provide most services in English.
Interpersonal skills workshops for managers and employees as needed.
Support of labor and management psychologists for managers and employees in processes of organizational change or company restructuring.
Outplacement programs for laid-off employees carried out by experienced career counselors.
Individual career/crisis coaching for managers and employees (e.g., in cases of difficulties in achieving set goals or professional burnout).
Comprehensive support when cases of bullying, harassment, sexual harassment are identified, along with the provision of appropriate specialized care for victims of such cases.
Provide initial psychological support in the event of an emergency or traumatic event at the company (e.g., accident, disaster, assault), and, if necessary, provide psychological care to victims or family members in the event of an employee's death (at the employer's expense).
Program for employees
In this option, there is no cost to the employer. Signing a cooperation agreement with CPP means providing your employees with efficient access to most of our clinic's specialists at a 10% discount. The dispensary provides you with information materials on the package of available services with their promotional prices and "individual client code" to be given when booking appointments at the dispensary. It is possible to consult with selected specialists in English.
The proposed program could include:
All persons employed by your company regardless of the legal basis - i.e. employment contract, civil law contract, management contract, etc..;
Spouses/partners of employed persons;
Children of employed persons regardless of age.
At the end of each calendar year, CPP will provide you with a statistical summary of the frequency with which people using an individual client code use the clinic's services. Every year, we also analyze the usefulness of individual services for employees of a given company and, if justified, present an updated offer of discounts for the next calendar year.
