Experience:
I have been working in business for years, initially as a Business Trainer and Expert, and also as a Project Manager, managing a team of several experts.
Over 15 years of experience working in recognized institutions managing EU funds allows me to have a broad view of the challenges faced by people working in teams, under time pressure and a multitude of responsibilities.
Thanks to this experience, I developed communication, analytical and stress management skills, which I use during individual support sessions. Working in demanding conditions taught me how to effectively support personal and professional development, which is extremely valuable both in individual and group work.
As a psycho-oncologist, I work in foundations, providing help and understanding to people diagnosed with oncology, also after treatment. I also provide support to their loved ones.
A deep understanding of the situation of people receiving a diagnosis, also through my own personal experiences, allows me to establish authentic and empathetic relationships with patients.
I effectively adapt therapeutic methods to individual needs and support patients and their families in coping with the emotional and psychological challenges related to cancer.
I am also actively involved in promoting cancer prevention in the media (TV, podcasts, radio).
Work methods and therapeutic philosophy
What I like most about my work is discovering together with my clients their resources, skills and opportunities. My greatest satisfaction at work comes from accompanying clients in achieving their goals, both large and small, and observing the positive changes that take place in their lives.
