Angelika Gyrczuk

• I work short and long-term psychodynamically with people experiencing crises in their private and professional lives and with people who have difficulties in dealing with emotions, difficulties in contacts with loved ones and with people experiencing low self-esteem, lack of meaning and loneliness.

• I also work with people with experience of depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.

• I also work with psychiatrists to provide comprehensive assistance in the recovery process.

• A graduate of Psychology at the University of Warsaw and a Specialization in Psychotherapy also at the University of Warsaw.

• Currently, I am undergoing psychotherapeutic training in an integrative approach at the Psychotherapy Study in the Psychoeducation Laboratory - the training program is recommended by the Psychotherapy Section of the Polish Psychological Association and is certified by the Scientific Section of Psychotherapy of the Polish Psychiatric Association

• I completed my clinical internship at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology, 3rd Psychiatric Clinic, general psychiatric ward F6 and at the Wolski Hospital. Dr. Anna Gostyńska at the Clinical Psychiatric Ward of KOP.

• Psychological Assistance Center as a co-therapist in analytical group therapy "TelefonPogadania.pl" as a psychologist (crisis intervention, psychoeducation; supervision, support and work on emotions with the foundation's volunteers)

• Psychological and Pedagogical Counseling Center - psychological consultations, crisis interventions and psychological assistance for adults and older youth

• "I Know and Umiem" Foundation - conducting workshops for young people and seniors on communication and digital phenomena "Together through generations"; preparation of workshop scenarios and development of substantive content)

• I work psychodynamically - what is important to me is what happens in our experiences and how it connects with what we think and do. In the therapeutic process, we integrate together what is difficult to connect and may not want to be seen for a long time. Looking and noticing helps, and talking about it helps even more! Nothing human is alien to me. I am open to diversity and very curious about it.

• I am interested in developing psychotherapeutic approaches, including: psychedelic-supported therapy.
