For several years, I have been committed to supporting people on their way to better understanding themselves, establishing deeper relationships and finding the meaning of life. I believe that the key element of effective therapy is authentic dialogue and building a close therapeutic relationship. I see man as a whole - the integration of the psyche and body in his relationship with the world. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their emotions, which often leads to deeper self-understanding and greater life satisfaction. I have gone through a similar path myself and I am still working on myself, which gives me deep understanding and empathy towards my clients. I work under constant supervision.
