• Conducting various training courses for management staff and employees,

• Conducting many projects related to workplace relations - conflicts, stress, discrimination and mobbing.

Since 2014, has been cooperating with CPP as a psychologist, career advisor, and crisis interventionist/coach.

Provides consultations on professional problems, including: stress, conflicts, burnout, work-life balance, discrimination, harassment or mobbing in the workplace. Deals with career counseling and coaching for people planning to change their career or looking for a job, diagnosing predispositions and planning development for students and graduates as well as for young people from generations Y, Z, C in the field of problems in social and professional relationships, achieving life goals and solving conflicts. He consults people in various crisis situations (e.g. important life changes, separation from a partner, job loss, problems in social and interpersonal relationships). He conducts consultations for employers, including: in the field of personnel management, conflict resolution and mediation, discrimination and mobbing (preventive and corrective actions, participation in the work of anti-mobbing commissions), as well as business training and psychoeducational workshops.
