I work with adults and young people from 16 years of age. struggling with various difficulties and life crises. I also deal with psychological diagnosis of adults and supporting personality development. In my work, I combine psychological knowledge with the Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) model. I constantly develop myself and my skills by participating in training, conferences and supervisions. What is important to me is openness and flexibility, which means readiness to adapt to the individual needs of each person I work with and to follow their goals. In accordance with the assumptions of SFBT, I know that each person has the potential and necessary resources for change and development, and I make sure that the therapy lasts as short as possible.
