• I offer psychological help in the areas of: anxiety that impedes functioning, excessive worry, low mood, severe stress, life crises, domestic violence, difficulties in setting boundaries, perfectionism.

• I also provide perinatal psychological support.

• University of Wrocław – Master of Science in Psychology, specialization: Adult Clinical Psychology,

• SWPS University – postgraduate studies: Crisis and Crisis Interventions,

• DCP – Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Studies.

Professional experience:

• I gained my professional experience working as a psychologist and crisis interventionist in a facility providing assistance to people experiencing domestic violence and other mental crises. There, I provided both personal and telephone psychological support.

I base my work with clients on trust, authenticity and full understanding of the difficulties they come with. I take care to create an atmosphere of safety and confidentiality. I focus on close cooperation with other mental health specialists. In my practice, I use elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy and also provide psychoeducation. Leading clients towards readiness for life, i.e. full and active participation in it, is close to my interests. My interests include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mental resilience in an individual's life.
