Work methods and therapeutic philosophy
The patient's condition requires special attention to nutrition and mental balance. What we eat and our mental comfort have a real and concrete impact on the course of treatment, the effectiveness of pharmacotherapy and our well-being. I apply therapeutic/preventive and/or therapeutic diets to my patients. Huge effectiveness of nutritional treatment combined with psychological support has been observed. I also deal with nutritional prevention and re-education.
In line with the psychodietetic and holistic approach, in my work with people struggling with excessive body weight and harmful eating habits, I also take into account psychological factors. And most importantly, only holistic action (total approach), both at the level of nutrition and the psychological functioning of a given person, provide the best results and lasting change in therapy.
