Experience

• Has 22 years of experience in individual and group work with children, adolescents and adults

• Specializes in conducting workshops in the following areas: integration, interpersonal communication, assertiveness, developing creativity, and coping with stress.

• Has experience in conducting training in various areas.

• She conducted workshops in psychology at the Prometeusz Post-Secondary School in Warsaw and Katowice in the field of interpersonal communication, assertiveness and dealing with emotions. She worked as a lecturer in the field of psychology at the Masovian Local Government Center for Teacher Development in Warsaw, and as a lecturer at the School of Economics and Business (post-secondary school).

• She developed her professional experience by collaborating with various organizations and centers that provided psychological assistance

• "KRA" Association in Warsaw - conducting psychoeducational workshops with elements of parenting skills for parents and joint classes for parents and children in order to practice the educational methods learned

• Day center for people with Parkinson's disease - conducting workshops for people with Parkinson's disease and their caregivers in the field of interpersonal communication and assertiveness, developing social skills and competences

• She conducted workshops co-financed by the European Union, including: family assistant as part of the "New Horizon" project, personal development as part of the "Modern Teacher Academy" project, developing soft skills for teachers as part of the "Competency Academy" project, conducting lectures related to individual work psychological and group work as part of the "New skills - New quality of life" project.

• Center for disabled people - she worked individually with children and young people and in groups, including: as part of the "Path to yourself - path to the world" and "Path to independence" programs and could learn about the specifics of working with disabled people.
