• Trainer, coach and mentor with over 30 years of professional experience, including a quarter of a century as a full-time academic at the University of Warsaw.

• She works with individuals and employees of numerous companies, non-governmental organizations and public institutions from all sectors.

• Her clients include founders, owners, CEOs, directors at global and national levels, professors, managers and students.
