Education

• Graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Wrocław, majoring in psychology.
  

• I am currently participating in a psychotherapy course in the systemic-Ericksonian paradigm extended with knowledge from other trends: psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral and integrative, implemented by the Wrocław Institute of Psychotherapy.
  

Professional experience

• Work at the Opieka i Troska Foundation in Wrocław, where in a community self-help home I supported people living there suffering from, among others, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders and schizophrenia in training in acquiring social skills and skills in everyday activities.
  

• At the Non Licet Foundation's Children's Aid Centre in Wrocław, which helps children experiencing violence (including sexual violence), I provided support to children and their parents, conducted interventions, mediations and trainings on the Foundation's activities and the topic of violence against children. I also led sociotherapeutic groups for young people.
  

My approach is based on creating a safe and trusted space where partners and individual clients can openly share their fears, hopes and emotions.
