❌ Having trouble concentrating?
❌ Are you suffering from job burnout?
❌ Do you have difficulty making decisions?
❌ Do you have sleep disorders such as insomnia?
❌ Do you notice signs of an eating disorder in yourself?
❌ Are you unable to enjoy life and have suicidal thoughts?
❌ Anxiety disorders hinder your daily functioning?
❌ Are you unable to build and maintain relationships with others?
❌ Are you lacking motivation to take action or struggling with procrastination?
❌ Do you feel like your life has lost meaning and depression has affected you?
❌ Are you struggling with stress or difficult emotions (such as experiencing bereavement)?
❌ Are you unable to cope with your studies, work or household chores?
❌ Are lack of confidence and low self-esteem hindering you in your daily life?
❌ Do you have symptoms of personality disorder, cognitive dysfunction, autism spectrum disorder, etc. that prevent you from functioning properly socially?
If you notice the above symptoms in yourself or a loved one, be sure to reach out for support from a diagnostic psychologist.
Psychological consultations will help you understand where your feelings come from and the causes of a particular behavior. You will learn to better understand your own emotions and how to properly communicate them.
Psychological diagnosis allows you to pick out specific strategies and techniques that will help you cope with adversity, such as managing stress. The subsequent therapeutic process will help you move through conflicts that plague you, feelings of loss or relationship difficulties.
Psychological diagnosis is always tailored to the individual needs of the patient. The psychologist will provide you with impartial and professional support and assess whether you should be accompanied by a psychiatrist or cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist in the further treatment process.
✅ You have a chance to get additional support
Knowing the exact diagnosis, your loved ones can better understand your situation and support you appropriately in your daily life and further treatment.
Your first visit to a psychologist may seem intensely intense. You will certainly be given several questionnaires to fill out and you will hear many questions that will help the psychologist get to know your story. Share your problems and try not to hide anything.
The consultation meeting takes the form of an open dialogue, during which the diagnostic psychologist may order various psychological tests for you to take, for example, to assess your intelligence quotient and level of cognitive functioning.
Remember that the process of psychological diagnosis is not therapy. If the psychologist determines that you suffer from a mental disorder, a neurological disorder, or require drug treatment - he will refer you to a psychiatrist. Neither the diagnostic psychologist nor the clinical psychologist prescribe medication or sick leave.
Patients of the CPP Professional Assistance Center are supported by specialists in various fields, including:

Psychologist psychotherapist - conducts individual psychotherapy or group therapy, treats mental disorders, including anxiety disorders;
