Education:

• Psychologist – graduate of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw.

• Crisis Interventer and Coach - graduate of postgraduate studies in Crisis Psychology and Crisis Intervention,

• A graduate of the Crisis Coaching Academy.

• Accredited Crisis Coach Certificate (2nd level certification).

• Level I and II of the TSR course at the Solution-Focused Therapy Center (in the certification process).

• Trainer – educator, graduate of the Set Group Trainers' School

Experience

• For over a dozen years I have been conducting individual sessions (crisis intervention, career coaching and TSR therapy), as well as training, workshops and support groups.

• I have experience in coordinating the work of consultants (psychologists, therapists, psychiatrists) on duty at a nationwide, 24-hour support line for people in crisis.

• I worked as a psychologist at the university, where I was responsible for supporting students and university employees.

• I have over 10 years of professional experience in the field of human resources management and career counseling.

• Creating and implementing recruitment projects, acting as an assessor in Assessment Center and Development Center projects. I co-created, managed and implemented individual and group outplacement projects (group layoffs).

• I also served as an HR Business Partner (I carried out recruitment projects, onboarding activities, was responsible for identifying training needs, supported the management board and managers in resolving personal conflicts in the organization).

I am currently the Therapeutic Director at CPP.

I accompany my clients in change processes, in going through crises or overcoming difficulties, creating a safe space in which I focus on building solutions based on the client's resources, needs and values. Come and let's talk about possible solutions.
